Welcome to the new blog. We are friars in the Society of Saint Francis in the United States. We have houses in Long Island and San Francisco. Our brothers have been asked to share thoughts on their lives as brothers (just beginning their formation or those who have been professed for several years), images, reflections on readings, politics, faith, community life, book excerpts, and anything else that might come up. Almighty, eternal, just and merciful God, give us miserable ones the grace to do for You alone what we know you want us to do and always desire to what pleases You. Inwardly cleansed, interiorly enlightened and inflamed by the fire of the Holy Spirit, may we be able to follow in the foootprints of Your beloved Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, and, by Your grace alone, may we make our way to Your, Most High, Who live and rule in perfect Trinity and Simple Unity, and are glorified God almighty, forever and ever.archives
